We invite all participants to please bring their robots and other demonstration hardware to the conference. We will have a static display throughout the conference called the Robot Zoo. We also invite demonstrations in the poster area or outdoors each day. We will have public robot demonstrations on Thursday, 5 June, in the afternoon.
If you plan to bring a robot or other demonstration hardware, please fill out an abstract with a photograph describing it using this form.
We may be able to help defer some of the costs of shipping larger hardware depending on funding of several grants and acquisition of registration fees. We will contact you later in this regard.
