Registrants are granted a license to view streamed archival footage of the AMAM 2008 conference for the period of one year following the conference. Registrants are not permitted to save the video stream in any permanent form. Any local copy must be temporary and solely for the purpose of viewing the stream. The copyright for all footage is held by Case Western Reserve University. This license may not be transferred. I accept these terms of use.
